  I have lived here for a year and a half and have had continuous problems with bugs almost ever since I have moved in. I have requested pest control several times and still see the same bugs ALL THE TIME. Maintenance does a sloppy job with up keep and they have slacked off with pest control and regular maintenance over the time I have lived here. Weather strips in my doors needed replaced and the maintenance man didn't replace them, instead he covered the top of the door with a 1.5 inch metal strip that is a huge eye sore in my apartment. I was told there isn't anything he could do to fix the weather strip. Air filters never get changed unless you request. I have cracks in my walls and my apartment clearly was not painted like I was told prior to moving in. Other tenants litter in the breeze ways. The trash dump overflows and people just stack trash bags up outside of it. Parking is terrible. The walls are thin and I can hear people walking up and down the stairs all hours of the night. These are not "luxury" apartments like they are advertised. Not worth almost $1000 a month for a one bedroom.
