  We really liked the salesperson that we bought our mattress from. However, the pleasantness ends there. After receiving out mattress which we spent about 800.00 on (queen size) and sleeping on it for a few weeks we were very concerned about the quality. When we contacted mattress firm about a possible return they told us we would have to return it at the original store we purchased it even though that was far from our home and there was an alternate location right down the street from our house. Plus you have to pay 150.00 fee to return in. That's crap. We decided to try to adjust to it but there is no such luck. We have had it for about 6 months now and it is obvious that this is just a crappy made mattress. No support at all. Our backs hurt all the time and its impossible to get comfortable on it without sinking into a massive hole. I can't believe we will have to be mattress searching again after only 6 months. Please please please do not buy from them
