  This place was hit during the floods last week. Went out there to volunteer on Sunday October 11, 2015. The tenants had been living in flooded carpets and sheet rock that had been molding for days and days. The health hazards were obviously apparent and at this point not good for people to live in. The landlord/ property manager was completely MIA and according to some tenants had disappeared once the flooding occurred and was completely unreachable. Nothing had been done for them in 6-7 days by the time we came out to help. Tried calling and leaving messages but no word from the property manager what so ever. What type of person reacts this way in time of human crisis? I would highly recommend not ever renting in this location as long as this property manager is in charge. They won't care an ounce for your well being as a tenant or your life as a human being.
