  Absolutely worthless. None of the salespeople knew how to help with UPS shipping, and the ones that had been "trained" did not know how to accept packages for shipment. Luckily, I found an actual UPS store about 5-10 miles away. I will not come back to this store as the other employees are clueless where merchandise is located.
