  Awful experience! First communication was a bait and switch that resulted in my cost being $200 more expensive. Second communication resulted in my scheduled installation being delayed an hour. When I showed the manager, Christopher my confirmed appointment time, he thought it was best to argue and cast all blame on the national call center. Apparently, there is a labor dispute between the stores and the unionized call center. Regardless, Lisa and Stephanie Davidson in the call center intentionally lied. Christopher is stuck between the call center and the upset customers. Customer service is out the window regardless of whether you’re dealing with the call center or local store.
